Youth Support Worker

As a Youth Support Workers you will provide safety, around-the-clock supervision, mediation, crisis management and social, educational, and recreational support following the daily schedule. You will Conduct physical count of students within the living area and updates check sheet as required by site operations. Monitor and document client behaviors and activities. Transport youth in company vehicles. Communicate any youth-related concerns, behavior changes, emotions, academic progress, and their overall disposition to ensure the treatment plan is adjusted to meet the youth's success.
