Contractor Fee: $1,000/month (USD) plus commission
Target OTE: $22,000–$30,000/year (USD)

About This Role:
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a growing golf lifestyle and wholesale company. This is a phone-driven sales role focused on outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, qualifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, and closing business within an assigned territory. Strong phone sales experience is the most important requirement for this role. Retail sales experience is also highly valued, while golf, wholesale, account management, or green-grass experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Prospecting and Lead Generation
Grow revenue and accounts in the green-grass channel through consistent outbound phone prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
Qualify tournament and sales opportunities through phone conversations and schedule appointments for sales leadership when needed.
Use CRM data daily to make calls, send emails, follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close new business.
- Territory and Pipeline Management
Manage the full sales process from lead generation and qualification through follow-up, proposal, and closing within the assigned territory.
Maintain a healthy pipeline with clear stages, next steps, follow-up dates, and accurate close dates.
Manage proposals and order completion while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and generate repeat business.
- Wholesale Account Management
Grow existing green-grass wholesale accounts through regular phone outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
Work with the Wholesale Coordinator to provide accurate updates about orders, inventory, shipping timelines, and possible delays.
Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment teams to support order accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory flow.
Support green-grass accounts, Member-Guest tournaments, on-site events, and promotional programs.
Drive seasonal pre-book commitments to support revenue forecasting and inventory planning.
Software/Platforms/Tools:
CRM and sales pipeline platforms
Email and phone sales tools
Google Workspace or similar tools
Order, inventory, and fulfillment systems
Qualifications:
Strong phone sales experience is required and will be the primary factor in evaluating candidates.
Proven experience making outbound sales calls, following up with leads, handling objections, and closing business over the phone.
Experience in retail sales, inside sales, telesales, or another customer-facing sales environment.
Comfortable making consistent outbound calls and speaking directly with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
Experience managing customer relationships and following up consistently.
Ability to prospect, qualify opportunities, manage a pipeline, and close business.
Strong organization and ability to manage multiple leads, accounts, and priorities.
Strong written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with customers over the phone.
Comfortable working independently and managing an assigned sales territory.
Availability to work US business hours.
CRM and account management experience are preferred.
Golf industry experience is a plus but not required.
Experience with green-grass accounts, wholesale relationships, pre-book programs, tournaments, or golf retail is a plus but not required.

Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, working US business hours. The exact schedule and US time-zone coverage will be agreed upon directly with the client.
Candidates must be comfortable working afternoon, evening, or late-night hours in South Africa, depending on the assigned US territory.
